What I have here is a Hand crafted rope halter made from 1/4" poly braided rope WITH the extra knots over the nose band which adds more pressure to the top of the nose for quick response. I do use the professional Double Overhand knots (aka: Blood knots) which create the perfect knot for applying pressure and do not have a flat side like the basic single overhand knot.
